But suggest products are inspected for damage before delivery as returning a conference chair was very strenuous i.e.exchanging packaging. I am 84yrs.

Thank you for your email and I am sorry that the courier had managed to damage the chair. It was unfortunate that you had disposed of all the packaging so had no packaging to return the chair but hope by us sending a box out to you to put the damaged one in that this helped.
