The website pay element didn't work and then left me in limbo so I had to phone up. Fortunately customer service at this point was excellent. Humans 1 Computers 0

Thank you for your review. I can confirm the payment problem was with our payment provider and not at our end but I have been advised that this was sorted quickly. I am pleased that the old fashioned way worked well though.

We needed to ring twice after the chair was delivered to get missing parts, therefore 3 deliveries needed due to their mistakes.

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies as the char was delivered short of the parts. We were not aware of this until you called and did dispatch the same day for next day delivery. This problem has now been rectified as we had a batch of chairs in with missing parts. Please accept my apologies for this however I am pleased to see that the chair was excellent once you were able to put it together.
