I am sorry but would disagree. We do state that refunds on returned unwanted items can take take up to 7 working days as we are firstly in the hands of the couriers and then these items have to be inspected. We did refund on the sixth working day. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review. You did in actual fact order the un assembled and did not pay for any assembly.I apologise for one arriving with a broken lever and we have dispatched a new mechanism. Jamie Welch
