Many thanks for your feedback. I'm not sure which department of Whirlpool advised that all their dryers are supplied with a ducting kit. Perhaps this applies to domestic machines but the commercial / semi commercial units do not come supplied with one - we are absolutely not alone in this respect and we source a ducting solution independently. However, we accept responsibility and apologise sincerely for the extended lead time and delivery communication problems.
