Could do better

Like pulling teeth - I have never wasted so much time trying to get information from a company about products. Wrong microwave delivered. Still waiting for a response after leaving various...

We apologise that the first microwave despatched was the incorrect model. Thankfully an extremely rare occurrence but of course we have reviewed the issues and potential improvement as a team. We can see that whilst we were indeed unable to provide an answer at the time we certainly pushed our supplier and the courier to gain information and a resolution and we did try to reassure of this with 8 separate emails.
