Won't be buying anything else from them

Improve delivery times.8am -6pm is not exceptable this is 2018 everyone has a mobile phone. Told on the phone 1year warranty, read small print parts only.wont be buying from here again

We do offer a range of delivery services - we're sorry that these options were not clearer when you ordered online. We use more than one courier for standard next day but have multiple options available to us - from the couriers directly but also including using our own fleet which can deliver a fully bespoke white glove solution including installation to suitable existing services. Please be assured that your machine is supplied with a parts and labour warranty. I have tried to contact you to discuss why you believe otherwise. Delivery never on time as promised( one week delay). Keep wasting time for waiting. Rude delivery man and bad service.

We apologise for the delay in the manufacture of the Parry griddle. I have reviewed the notes and can see that we have been pushing Parry hard for the unit to be with you as soon as possible and have kept you updated at every step of the way. We also offered an alternative. Whilst this does not excuse the delay I trust that you can appreciate that we did everything we could to resolve the problem and that we communicated the issues efficiently and honestly.
