We apologise for your experience with the delivery of your Polar freezer. I understand that the kerbside delivery was specified prior to processing the order. We do offer alternative delivery services although there is a small additional charge as it does cost us more. We also make it very clear the importance of reporting any damages in good time. Our supplier was pushed hard to relax their 24 hour limit for notification of damage in transit but on inspection of the damage incurred and consideration of the 4 days delay and previous aborted request to cancel on the day of delivery we were unsuccessful.
