I bought a water softer for a glass washer can't use it yet as it was incomplete I have to find some pipes so that I can put the salt in the unit then drain it I won't be using caterkwiks services...

First they confirmed order, then decided they wanted an extra £52 to deliver a £73 item. If they are not prepared to deliver to certain postcodes they should say so on the website,not accept...

Many thanks for your feedback. We appreciate that we need to be clearer online regarding delivery charges to the certain postcodes as certain suppliers and couriers apply additional charges. It’s a difficult task as these charges vary significantly from supplier to supplier. We now have clearer advice online regarding potential additional charges and invite our customers in these areas to contact us directly for a quote. For what it’s worth we agree that our suppliers £52 charge for delivery to The Orkney Islands IS excessive and we should have looked at alternative delivery options.
