Dear Sir, I have reviewed the product listing and tried to locate where we advise 2-3 days. I would be very grateful if you could advise steve@caterkwik.co.uk . I can also see that we emailed regarding the lead time (11 days maximum - I can not see where "at least 2 weeks" was quoted) on the same day of your order. And that we issued a full refund on the same day too. Nonetheless we are sorry for the inconvenience incurred. These products are built in New Zealand and we are a little exposed to the occasional delay as a result but we do appreciate that our website needs the most up to date stock detail possible and are working to improve in this respect.
