The triple threat! We try to ensure that all the products that we sell are perfect for our customer's requirements and that they are at a good price! We try and make sure that every delivery is on-time and it's always an added bonus when it arrives sooner!

I'm sorry to hear that your fridge was left outside your premises, a fridge of that size can indeed be difficult to move. We apologise for the damage in transit. As this delivery went with TNT we made it very clear prior that the product needs to be checked before signing for receipt. Verbally and in writing. Unfortunately this did not happen and due to the delay in reporting the damage there was a cost to return the item. We did however, offer a discount. We urge our customers to use our own vehicles and we are growing our fleet to increase the speed and capacity of this service as any company using the vast majority of the nations couriers for a business to business delivery will face the same T&Cs from the courier. We're trying to change this as described above but in the meantime, when a courier is the option chosen by our customer we make it extremely clear that all courier deliveries need to be checked prior to signing.
