Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Check the return policy before buy anything

Didnt like their return policy at all. I opened the box and packed it again and ask them to send my bigger glass washer they said they are happy to do it but I have to pay 15% Return fee for it which...

We're sorry the order didn't go smoothly and we can understand the restocking cost is something you could do without. We consider each return request on a case by case basis and only ever look to cover any additional costs incurred. Transportation, inspection, cleaning and repacking or selling as a graded item for example. We do work very hard to make our product listings as clear and accurate as possible - in this instance the capacity of the glasswasher was explicitly specified prior to quoting. We know the importance of working closely with our customers and our team take the time to understand and check specifications so that we are quoting to provide the right solutions for a required application. We get it right in the vast majority of cases but will certainly be looking at where things went awry in this instance. Many thanks for your valued feedback.

Better than the competition

I would definitely recommend them as they were helpful on the phone, service and delivery was perfect. Far better than the other company that I compared them with who had a don't care less attitude.
