Many thanks for your feedback and we apologise for any inconvenience incurred. We were simply sending the the goods as economically as possible. Sending 2 x 10kg consignments would have cost twice as much and used twice as much packaging material as sending one 20kg package. That said if you order from us again, please let us know that you require 2 separate packages and we will be happy to oblige.

We're sorry for the lack of prior notification. This item was despatched direct from Falcon via their own courier. I understand that we did advise we could request a call prior but unfortunately could not guarantee this. We certainly appreciate the need for a call prior and offer this service (and much more) with our own delivery vehicles and people. However, there may be a slightly longer lead time - especially if the product needs to come into our warehouse first. We will be investigating whether these options were properly explained and apologise sincerely if not.
