Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

the washing machine is very good but buy it off amazon its £250 cheaper and the service off caterkwik is terrible, you wait a week and get a bottle chiller sent!!!! no apologies just we will get one...

Occasionally there are promotional variations between Caterkwik and Amazon but the overall package needs to be considered. The lower priced Amazon offer features a warranty half as long as that supplied with your machine. Regarding delivery. I have checked the notes and comms and can't see a delivery problem reported. We have a video of the washing machine at the delivery address delivered by our own team and a record of the dispatch notifications and advice. Please contact steve@caterkwik.co.uk with details - I'd like to investigate. Sincere apologies of course.

Imposible to return the items

We did our best to reduce the restocking fees applied by our supplier by nearly a half. Even unused, once goods have shipped from the warehouse (and shipped back again) they need carefully inspecting, testing and repackaging to enable them to be resold. Often, even then, as a graded item. This, on top of the additional shipping is where the charges come from. We do our very best to make sure goods are advertised with as much detail and accuracy as possible including full specification sheets, product manuals, pride ourselves on the knowledge and advice of our sales team who train every day to help you make the right choice.
