Hello, Thank you for taking the time to email us today. I'm so sorry your parcel has been delayed. We passed the parcel to the courier sadly this has been lost in transit. As soon as we were made aware of this we raised it with the warehouse and issued a replacement. Please let me stress this is not typical service standard for us.
