disappointed after years of great service

if you work 9-5 then they wont now deliver to a neighbour, no delivery updates so no heads up even which day they will arrive. Used to be my go to provider.

Hello Jane, I completely understand your frustration if you've not been notified the parcel had been left with a neighbor. I have raised this with the depot in question to deal with internally with the driver involved. Once again I am so sorry for any trouble this has caused.
