Sadly as you purchased both an original and an own brand product we had to use two different warehouses and your order was split. I understand upon receiving one part of the order how this could be concerning and I am sorry you were not aware of this sooner. Genuinely, sorry to hear on previous orders your deliveries incurred delays. Regarding your recent order the second part sent via Fed Ex, sadly there is no detailed information on the reason for the delay from the tracking however I am investigating this further with them. Fed Ex do not offer email updates at the moment I know that in the future they are looking into bringing this facility in which would be brilliant for all our customers. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, this afternoon I have sent a little gift in the post just as a small gesture of good will.
