Thank you for leaving your comments regarding your delivery. I am so sorry your delivery took such a long time to reach you. On looking into this further I can see that the parcel left us the same day it was ordered, but was unfortunately held up with the courier on more than 4 occasions, with the couriers either being unable to obtain a signature for the delivery, or noting that they were unable to gain access due to gates/security. I am glad to see that the order has finally been delivered successfully. It really is very rare for an order to be delayed by such a long time, and we find it very frustrating ourselves for our speedy work to be undone once the parcel is with the courier, and completely understand that this is more frustrating for you than us.
