Hi Jim, thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to confirm the item you ordered was out of stock. At the moment there is a huge demand for ink and HP are having issues getting the stock to the UK. As soon as we have them we will send them straight out to you which we hope with be within the next few weeks. Please remember the team is always on hand if you ever need an update.

Hello, thank you for your review. I am really sorry, the items you ordered have been out of stock for a long time. we continued to allow people to order these inks so you get first hand on the stock as soon as we receive them. We found that when the items came into stock they would sell out within minutes and resulted in people missing out that would like to wait for the item. Remember the customer care team are here if you ever need an update on 0345 365 3605 we would be more than happy to provide an update. Thank you Lou
