Never received order

Not received ordered a week ago, got in touch to ask for tracking and was told can take up to 7 days. Was dispatched a week ago and Website says it’s sent Royal Mail 1st class which is 1-2 working...

Hello Suzanne I'm sorry Royal Mail are taking longer than usual in certain areas to deliver parcel. This is due to sever weather conditions and Covid restrictions within the warehouses.
