Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, please accept my apologies for the issues that you have experienced with the installation service on your order. It appears there was a technical error that allowed you to pre-book your delivery and installation dates for the same day, unfortunately this is not possible as every installation order is confirmed through our installation planning team. Delivery will be booked for one day and install for the closest possible day. Both are not carried out on the same day as we like customers to take delivery and check they are happy with the item received before install is carried out. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused and I hope you are pleased with your new building.
