Unfortunately we cannot prevent condensation in the fixing kit. We plastic wrap them to keep parts as secure as possible, but this means that condensation can appear due to the moisture present in the timber. Thank you for the feedback, our hinges attach directly onto the overlap cladding on the door gable. There is some flexibility in the hinges so they will attach securely and provide a sufficient hold.
