Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for the feedback, I’m really am glad that the driver was friendly and helpful, and please accept my apologies that the plastic banding was left after delivery. I will escalate this to our delivery Manager and they will take measures to try and ensure this is not repeated in future.

Apologies for the issue surrounding the collection of your old shed. It appears there may have been some confusion, as per stated on our website, the driver was expecting the shed to be in panels, rather than lots of small parts.
