I would like to thank you for taking the time to speak to me earlier regarding any queries you have with your new overlap shed. As discussed on the phone, we are able to replace any parts required if necessary and we do also have the option of upgrading you to a tongue and groove version which may better suit your needs. I will await your phone call if anything else is required and I ask that you contact me after having checked the parts over again prior to building the shed if you are really not happy and we will discuss our options from there.

We do have the option of an extra floor kit for our customers that require this, which may still be an option for you? Apologies for any confusion regarding the dimensions. All dimensions are for the largest points on the building and all this information is available on our website. I am sorry if this was missed. I hope that now your summerhouse is erected, you will have many happy years of use from it.

I am glad that you are pleased with the value for money of your overlap shed. If you have not treated the shed already, I would suggest doing so as this can help reduce the warping on the door.
