Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you very much for your feedback, as discussed on the phone I’m really sorry that you have experienced some problems with your new building and you were missing a portion of the felt, I’m glad we were able to rectify this and have reimbursed you for the extra cost. The roofing boards and joists we supply for this building are fit for purpose and shouldn’t require further bracing or supports. I have also checked the instructions and we don’t advise kneeling on the roof as the building is not designed to support a person. If I can be of any further help, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I have never needed to contact your dept or seek advice. You never gave me a solution to my problem because you never knew I had a problem, it was solved by myself. It seems that you leave a copy/paste generic response for your customers, not a personal one at all, for if it was personal you would have read my comment and seek clarification on the issue so to resolve it, preventing any future issues.

Recently submitted a good review, but after seeing other customer comments I realised it wasn't as good as product as I stated. Yes the screw pack didn't reflect what the instructions said and I used my own. But when fitting the roof sheets 3 of 4 fitted great, last one is miles out and the doors would not close, as in they were too wide. So i had to cut one, trimming nearly 15mm off.
