Having wasted numerous hours in exchanges with the customer service team, it's clear that the only resolution available is to replace only one of the defective summerhouses (even through both are defective). This would involve wasting significant amounts of time emptying and dismantling them, storing what's now in them, so that they can be replaced, and then rebuilding the new ones (assuming the replacement quality was any better). Other than this highly unattractive solution, no other was offered. My experience - both of these identical products were equally badly made, suffering numerous defects. Customer services know that after the ordeal of assembling the products you won't want to then waste more of your weekends rectifying their shoddy workmanship. So they just keep churning out the same inferior products knowing nobody will want the hassle of replacing them. Would I ever deal with this company again? No.
