I’m really sorry that we delivered the incorrect size floor and roof kit, this was escalated to our Quality Improvement Team and measures have been put into place to ensure this mistake doesn’t happen again. The gesture of goodwill that was paid was as an apology in lieu of our initial delivery error not to cover any third party costs. I can see from our system that the replacement parts have been delivered.
