Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When purchasing our Installation service we do advise a lead time of 14-28 days from the point of order, this will always be confirmed with you by our team and be the soonest available dates based on your postcode location. I can see from our system that we offered dates that were not suitable for you but within the lead time suggested.
