We are very sorry to hear of the damage caused to the parts during transit. This is very unusual and I will pass these comments to our warehouse so they can ensure that all items are packaged appropriately. We will of course be more than happy to supply replacements for any parts that have arrived damaged. Please let us know what you require and we will arrange this for you.
