Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Panel is fine but delivery was annoying

The delivery arrangements were changed - which was not convenient for us and even after change was not at agreed time. That might have been down to a contractor but obviously colours our view.

Thank you very much for your feedback, I’m really sorry that your delivery was rescheduled, from the log on our system it looks like the driver ran out of driving hours on the day and he was able to deliver the next day. On the rare occasion when this happens we do try to call and let you know of the delays, it’s great that you are happy with you new panels.
