Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Slower than believed delivery date

The website allowed me the choose a delivery date but the supplier then rang with a delivery date 2 weeks later. They said the Waltons site should not allow a customer to choose a date. Lady on the...

Good shed some issue with quality

The shed arrived on time and was easy to assemble my only issue is that because of the hot weather the boards have shrunk so much on one side you can actually see daylight hopefully they won't shrink...
