Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Appalling. My original telephoned enquiry, re an 8 x 6 Groundsman shed, brought a promise of a 5-7 working days delivery. We placed an order on 5th June, and delivery was acknowledged for 21st June....

Product arrived with missing parts. Took several days to rectify.

Shed arrived with an incorrect set of brackets (I believe for and alternative model with a different roof). I phoned to request a replacement on a Friday and was told they couldn't provide one...
