Thank you very much for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with the delivery of your new building. We do only offer a kerbside delivery service and I can see that the 2 hour estimated time of arrival text message was sent to the mobile number we have on file. Our records show that the building was signed for by one of your neighbours, I apologise if this was not authorised by yourself. Apologies again for the issue you experienced with your order but I'm glad we were able to offer a resolution for you. I have tried calling earlier and left a voice message, which I hope you will be able to pick up later.
