Thank you very much for your feedback and I am really sorry for the issues you have experienced with your order. I have checked our website and the recycling service does state that you must ensure that the building is dismantled and left in panel sections at the front of your property, I am sorry if this was missed when you placed your order. I have spoken to our courier and this has been internally investigated by their management team and this will not happen again in the future.
