We are very sorry to hear of the trouble you are having. It does appear that the parcel has been lost in transit and I have started an investigation into this. I have also arranged to get the order re-sent, and it should arrive in the next 1-2 days. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the poor experience so far. We can assure you that this is not the level of service that you should receive from us, and we will get this resolved for you.
