Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A pre-inquiry where I asked if a larger size could be supplied was dealt with efficiently, but tersely. I maybe should have gone to another supplier at that stage.

Missed the point of a delivery slot

Delivery was helpful and obliging, however I paid extra for an evening slot and was informed of a noreply morning delivery, wasted day, not so good
