Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Reasonable value for money and good service.

Delivery company helpful and on time. Shed is reasonable but the floor was a little weak so had to strengthen it.

Easy build great room.

Service was fantastic the cabin arrived a few days after ordering, my only niggle is that there were a couple of stages of the build that weren't quite pictured clearly or enlarged to make it clear...
