How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I had a phone call from Walton’s directly after my feedback was published and they were very apologetic and refunded me some money for the inconvenience, this experience won’t stop me from buying here again.

Thank you for responding. Not that there is a lot that can be done now as the shed is assembled. However, to avoid future problems for other customers, I suggest your quality control procedures are improved.
