We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The fascia was resolved but the fact that the sheriffs badge has still not been sent for the de-laminated one that was sent originally. I still have had no response on my emails back to you. If you spent more time answering real issues instead of fire fighting the public comments on here you might do better. Your QA is poor by the standard of shed I recieved. I'm a structural engineer by trade so if I struggled to install it there is definitely a problem with the instructions. Your business model is not to build lasting relationships with customers but to try and RIP us off...
