I can see that not all parts were provided on the initial report from yourself and we therefore had to raise a subsequent order for you. I can see that we offered a collection or a gesture of goodwill and the gesture was accepted and processed on 17/10/19 for you. Good afternoon,Thank you for taking the time to offer your review as we do take all feedback on board. Unfortunately, due to spacing requirements and the design of the building we were unable to offer this change as is would be a modification and fitters are trained to assemble an item as per the instructions to prevent any issue with such things as structural integrity of the products.
