Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Don’t waste your money

Emailed them - they said they would reply in 48 hours - this never happened. Rang them - said they would advise on the repair to the faulty item they sent - this has yet to happen

Very very poor service. Waited nearly a month for delivery despite their website stating they're delivering as normal! Avoid at any cost!

Value for money but ......

Customer service and delivery very good. Build quality of summerhouse could have been much better- large gap between doors and boards not always cut in straight line. Wood drying out leaving gaps...
