Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Had to sort faulty front panel and roof section

The product is decent quality.However one panel was factory erected with a wrong bevel angle and as joiner was on site and summerhouse 3/4 erected we had to take panel apart and refit causing nail...

Very disappointed. Poorly made with low quality wood.

Requires much tighter quality control. Quality of product was poor with cheap wood and demonstrated either poor workmanship or a 'do not care' attitude towards fixings and pre fabricated elements....
