Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Positive it was delivered on time. A negative is the point was broken on the back piece and some pieces did not fit together well

Did not want to help

Purchased a shed, I found that they would only do a kerb side del on a terraced street - would not push it into a side passageway so it could be transported to the rear of the property. I Even asked...
