Hi Hannah, Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you were unhappy with the service, from our system I can see you called several times and each member of staff advised you of the below reasons on why we cannot replace the door for you. The door is not the incorrect size, all our playhouses are designed with EN71 in mind, this is a certification which allows us to sell them for children's use., they are designed this way as this is a safety feature to stop your children's fingers getting trapped. I can see in my last communications to you we are happy to replace the window for you, we are awaiting you to confirm which window part this is. I do apologise you were unhappy with my service personally. Kind Regards Toni - Customer Service Team
