I have been communicating with the Customer service team that have only asked me about the door fitment and have implied that it does not fit due to the fact that I have not treated it since storing it in the garage whilst I was waiting for the slabs to be laid. The other 3 issues, listed below, have not been addressed at all. 1. Window - will not close without being pushed from outside as it does not fit very well. - The bolts for the window latch to connect to also stop the window from shutting properly as there is not enough room to screw them further down into the wood. 2. Roof - The front and back eaves stop the roof connecting flushley at each end. 4. Window slats - The window slats are not all the same shape, but have split in some instances where I have screwed them in, after pre drilling.
