Very Disappionted in quality of product

Was delivered very quick and delivery man was very helpful to my husband as he is disabled, He put it in the garage for us ready for when we had help to assemble it which was this weekend.

Shoddy inventory management and delayed returns/refund.

Customer service is prompt but not at all helpful. 2+ weeks for collection of wrongly delivered item and no refund until after they can be bothered to collect.
