Bad experience- broken parts - poor customer service

Awful, damaged shed, company expects me to ID the broken supplied parts. Customer service unhelpful. Requested a refund and will order from another company. Avoid!

Buy with caution

Would give zero if I could. Arrived with broken slats, gable end bowed and twisted, felt had numerous holes in it. The two floors don’t line up when fixed together so as soon as you walk in the shed...

They arranged delivery, to then receive a text message at 10.50pm to say that the item is not in stock with no call to follow up to say why. Still not received item.
