Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that upon reporting the issue with the door, you were advised that this is natural movement within timber and the doors do need to be treated in order to manage the moisture content. On the completion images provided by the installers, the doors on your building are fine. As the terms of the warranty were not followed, and we agreed a settlement with you in January, we are unable to return to replace the door. Kind regards, Customer Service

Product probably fine, customer service massively dismissive and poor.

Terrible company. The product is probably fine I’ve not even checked yet but they think it is fine to email you in the middle of the night for a 7am delivery slot then dump things all over your drive...
