Hi Simon, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that there have been some issues with your building. I can see that the incorrect parts were delivered and this was reported by our driver. We then offered to send the door out to you with a courier on overnight delivery. This was refused by yourself. We would not be able to collect an item that is not in the same condition as it was when delivered. We have offered several times to send the door to you.
