Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear your building is missing. When you placed your order on 03/12/2022, you selected a delivery date of 13/12/2022. A confirmation email was then sent to the email address you provided. A link to the customer portal was sent via email and SMS so you could track the delivery or change if necessary. 2 days before your delivery, an email was sent to confirm again, and provide some more information on what would happen on the delivery day. On the day of delivery, a time slot was sent to you via SMS. You have not made contact at any time. The driver delivered to your property on your pre-selected day, and provided a clear proof of delivery, which I believe you have already received but can be provided again. The building was delivered to the front of your property, inside your gate. Your item has been delivered as per the instructions provided to us. Please do ask your neighbours, they may have moved your delivery.
