Hi Alexandria We're really sorry that you've experienced damages to your product. All orders go through a number of QA checks and the delivery driver also checks the building and notes anything on the POD. This would alert our team to contact you. I have taken a look at your order and can see no damages reported by the driver. I also can not see any communication, especially an email from you with this information on. Our customer services team will reach out to you to ensure we can investigate the damaged and make things right for you

We're disappointed we didn't offer excellent service for you. I can see the initial installation team did encounter some issues and attempted to leave the building in an acceptable state. Its great the second team completed the build and that your happy with the resolution

Hi Thanks for the feedback, we really pleased the delivery driver was excellent. I've taken a look at your order and the information on the page listed. We do supply fence clips that help support and tighten, please reach out to us and we'll send these out FOC
